I am looking to purchase a heart rate monitor to help me with losing weight.
-Are there heart rate monitors that count calories burned while not working out? I want to find a way to track all of the calories I burn during the day, so that I can compare that to my food journal.
-What are some recommendations for a beginner HRM? I’m not looking to spend a lot of money, just something that is functional and gets the job done.

The living room has a plasma screen TV with a comfy, squishy white leather couch and a beautiful fireplace on the side. A furry but soft rug underneath, glass coffee table in front of it. Cherry wood ground. The walls patterned with gold chains. A gigantic christmas tree in the corner of the living room. “Look at that view” Demi said. The window showed the Statue of Liberty and snow falling down slowly. “Its beautiful” Selena said. Justin went behind her and hugged her. Selena put her head in his shoulder. Joe looked at Demi and sighed. Demi just kept looking outside knowing Joe’s looking at her. They were together but in a fight, Joe has been spending time with another girl and less time with Demi.
